frame damage

i found a nice e92 coupe in alpine white with saddle brown leather . bone stock with manual transmission which is what i want. these stories made me resist although im not gonna lie its tempting as fukk

I'm deciding selling my 335i
2007 335i E90 with sports package
82k miles. No problems with engine.
Navi, heated seats + every feature possible

Theres so many scruffs and scratches though
Plus frame damage. Nothing that affects performance though.

Just dont feel like paying insurance + the car note

Its been god the last year with no engine problems but its at 82k miles and at this point a ticking time bomb

Yea the engine oil burns very hot
It's a must to out a couple bottles of motor oil in between every oil change

Why you say ticking time bomb?

Car's aren't very reliable. These cars, especially the early ones with the N54 engine have had a lot of issues. HPFP, Turbos, Wastegates, etc etc.

Don't get me wrong they're awesome cars, but you better make sure your car has warranty or else you're going to be in for a hurting.

These cars may be cheaper to obtain now that they're 5-6 years old and some examples can be had for ~20k, but you're still paying MAINTAINENCE and REPAIRS on a 45k german car.

For now I've decided to pass on the early 335i years and save up 25-30k to get a 2010 or 2011 model. It'll be worth it in the end for more peace of mind since BMW has had a few years to iron the kinks out that the early cars had.

Getting a 07-08 out of warranty

LOL @ all of you worrying Nancys in this thread. As long as you can change your own spark plugs and live in an area with decent Indy shops I wouldn't be concerned about maintenance costs. Any N54 regardless of the year 2007-2010 will need to have the same parts that at one point or another that will require maintenance ...Enough of this it costs too much to maintain talk.....

Its for sale brehs. Send to your friends. It actually runs better now than ever. I hopped out my sister's Liberty to take it for a spin because I wanted to keep miles off it. Almost got me again, so smooth.
