If I'm Udoka I'd just resign and look for a new head coaching position.

The way the Celtics are doing him is terrible.

I'm not even a Celtics fan.

Yeah I understand he made an error on his part but this isn't the way you treat a coach who's lead you to the finals on top of arguably elevating your two star players (Tatum and Brown) to the next level.

There's other disciplinary things they could do all this just says is that he's expendable to them regardless of how great his coaching is.
