So if Ime was thirsty at the end, it doesn't take away from the fact that they both at one point violated the company policy of hooking up in the first place. The keep saying he is suspended for having a consensual relationship. Well he didn't have it with himself. the woman consented too

I get what you're saying, but in the overwhelming majority of workplaces, the employee with more power is the one who gets punished, since they would have the upper hand in the power dynamic in the relationship.

So, even if they technically have equivalent job titles, if Udoka has more sway within the organization, he's the one that gets the worse punishment. And, since there are really only a few people in the organization that are truly above him, he's the one that takes the hit.
