I do think he could be guilty of sexual harassment: the alleged “unwanted” comments, the length of the suspension and cats like Barnes coming out saying it’s ‘100x uglier than we all thought” would indicate as such. The problem here is since he did have a consensual relationship with this woman, the lines are more blurred compared to if they didn't have anything consensual, at any point. Especially if this comes down to a he said, she said sort of thing.
