This was a great diet popularized by one of our founding fathers Carlos Gracie Sr. and i feel its a very good diet for friends that are serious about fighting the flab and fighting the sickness known as obesity. Come on friends, lets freaking get healthy this year, like starting today and stuff. Yea.

The Interactive Gracie Diet Table
Combining the proper foods is one of the most important elements of the Gracie Diet, but also one of the most challenging for people to comprehend. Until now. Below are the Gracie Diet food groups and the ingredients within each one. Simply click on an ingredient and it will automatically appear in the 'Selected Ingredients' box to the right. All foods that 'combine' with the selected ingredient are clickable and can be added to the 'Selected Ingredients' box, while foods that do not "combine" in a given meal will turn gray and will not be clickable, it's that simple!

I have no thoughts on dutch muay thai because ive never taken it. Im not sexually aroused when grappling so i dont have the problem that you have. I dont look at combat sports sexually. Do you look at

Is this sexual to you? If so perhaps friend, you may want to get into a sport that requires as little contact with indivuals as possible but i'll be honest with you friend. In real life, when a man of demonic descent is raining punches into your mouth and forehead with no regard for your life, you're going to wish you could overcome your fears to get him off of you. :sadbron:

You heard about that lady who fed her daughter lettuce and watermelon for a week cuz her child was fat and the child died cuz they have no nutrition
Well friend, if you actually read, you'd notice that in this meal plan you are not told to eat only watermelon and lettuce everyday....

Also, friend, to say there are no nutrients in lettuce and watermelon is incredibly ignorant. Please dont spread disgusting rumors like that around.

Lets read before we speak.

Carlos Gracie sr. was born in 1902 and lived until 1994. I think the credibility is there. And since you claim to be a drug addict, i think eating like this combined with Brazillian Jiujitsu training could do you some good to get the monkey off your back so you can be better prepared for the demonic realm physically.

Can you suggest a balanced 3 meal menu friend? What should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner tomorrow? :lupe:
