Well friend, if you actually read, you'd notice that in this meal plan you are not told to eat only watermelon and lettuce everyday....

Also, friend, to say there are no nutrients in lettuce and watermelon is incredibly ignorant. Please dont spread disgusting rumors like that around.
it's not it's all water...my girl took nutrition classes and she's majoring in kineology..or how ever you spell it..I learn about these things

Can you suggest a balanced 3 meal menu friend? What should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner tomorrow? :lupe:

Ok and. You're saying watermelon and lettuce have no nutritional value which is ridiculous. If you drink to much water you will die and if you live off 2 foods lettuce and watermelon without other foods, you will have a nutritional deficiency. What you're saying just makes no sense because you want me to argue with something that im not talking about friend. Please stop trolling and eat lunch.

Homosexuality involves sexual interaction after being sexually attracted to another man which has nothing to do with grappling. Please show respect for my art, thats all i ask, friend. You're uncomfortable with wrestling friend and thats ok. Im sure dutch muay thai will be good for you since you dont have to be touched but a fighter with no ground game is incomplete so for your own sake id like to say, learn how to grapple and overcome your fears.

Bas Rutten teaches grappling and there is more to fighting then watching a video and practicing a couple techniques in your room. You need a range of fighters of varying strength and body types to practice with for at least 10 thousand hours before you can say you have done your job, friend.

Well, friend, if you go to the sight and check some of the food groups it will give you some neat recipes you can try. From there you can look up the benefits to the body in your own research and discover that information. Or you could buy the gracie diet book which goes into a little more details. For now id reccomend getting an idea of what meals can be created using the list of foods above and sticking to the meal plan and not overeating.

I would check the site but I don't have access to the internet right now. I get the avoidance of starches and mixing up vegetables. But from the rest it seems to be arguing against mixing pH levels in the stomach. Could you please summarise the nutritional and physiological benefits behind this (beyond avoiding indigestion)?
