The fact Robinhood is letting people buy up to 10 shares means the powers at be aren't that worried about AMC popping. I bought it but plan to hold until well into next year depending on the pandemic.
Robinhood slims restricted list to 8 stocks, but users can still only buy 1 share of GameStop

If AMC blast past its all time high, don't think you have to hold it for over a year because of capital gains taxes. Grab profits if the share price reaches crazy highs. AMC still has bad financials and that was before Covid, eventually investors will analyze this stock based on its fundamentals.

capital gains aren't as bad as people make it.
after you cash out you can do the equation and leave the taxable amount in a savings account until it's time

There was talks of pumping it to $100, then they said $1000

AMC could easily hit $100 if it weren’t for people being limited from what they can buy. They’re illegally manipulating the market to protect billionaires. Robinhood and the others doing this should be put out of business after all this.

GME would prolly be over $1000 right now

It’s gone be hard for AMC to hit $100+ anytime soon with there being limits on how many people can buy. If those limits are removed, I wouldn’t be surprised to see it hit at least a few hundred.
With absolutely no limits, GME could be hit well over $10k.
