Trading up 10 picks from the No. 12 selection to acquire the second one is a big jump, but Cleveland is helped plenty by the fact that it owns the first-round pick of the Buffalo Bills thanks to a trade in the 2014 NFL Draft which landed Sammy Watkins in Buffalo.

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reported earlier in April that the Browns are seriously interested in packaging their pair of first-round picks together to move up and nab Mariota.
