Mikal is soft

Josh Hart is a rock brain that gets too many mins

OG is inconsistent offensively and turnover prone whenever he puts the ball on the floor. But he brings it defensively so it's a flaw you live with

Our two best players are traffic cones on defense.

Thibs is a dinosaur

Team has a lot of holes.

3 top priorities to me

Replace Thibs

Trade or significantly reduce Hart's role

Brunson Kat dilemma. These two are a horrendous defensive pairing that's too much to overcome. They are who they are and they ain't changing or improving at this stage of their careers. Do you trade Kat? What would that look like? Run it back with them but stagger their mins heavily? This one's tough....
shyt I actually wish we could trade Bridges and get a shooter.

While I'm frustrated I think we have to understand the gravity of what game 1 represented. A one in a multi million scenario played out otherwise we are in game 7 on Monday. I'm not looking to destroy and rebuild everything. But most definitely some tinkering needs to be done. Then again Idk if the locker room is beyond repair either. A lot of variables come into play beyond on the court

Gotta build a better bench, definitely gotta trade some players around but keep the core intact. I think Bridges can be replaced with someone better. Hart is a big piece of the team but the way he was speaking in that interview he probably thinks he might be expendable.

Thibs should get fired off that Gm 1 performance alone. Team was imploding in real time on the court and on the bench and he just sat there like a fan watching it happen. fukk this guy :pacspit:

The 24/7 news cycle is a curse

And since its the Knicks, its easy to feed the machine

There just isn't any need for this. After the most successful season in a minute

Just who on the Knicks reserves was Thibs holding back from being 6th man of the year :deadrose:

Well, till next season my Knickas:mjcry:Got a feeling the team will look the same, both on and off the court. Not necessarily a bad thing if the youings progress. I only see change if they go in on Giannis or part ways with Thibs. Not sold on either happening. Just got out of work so I missed the game. My Yankees most def ain't let me down too, right? Be right back while I check the score :mjlit:
