This, unless he's living in Framingham or past Newton and saying he "lives" in Boston these numbers are straight lies. I have two kids, but I make more than him and have likely more liquidity than him and I couldn't afford to live in the city proper on that budget there's no way in hell some 25 year old with likely no credit could. Plus the major money makers in Boston are all located in high COL areas. No way he pulls 100K after taxes.
