there's really no reason to do a permaban for this sort of thing bc no matter what you say he has to do, he can easily fake it by paying someone else to do it. like if you were making the bet with me and wanted me to hold today's paper and an ice cream cone at the same time, i could pay someone on fiverr to do that within the hour. there's no way to really prove what he is unless you got a bunch of pics covering large periods of time or something similar.
