Im seeing it more and more. First I noticed it from the halal trucks around my way. Their prices went up like a $1 and i was like aight bet

but then i noticed they switched up the rice...now it gets mushy fast and ruins the texture of the platter so i stopped going

now i just ordered from my favorite spot it's an el salvaorian spot and the platters never missed in like 3 years

but noticed they switched up the rice and steak meat as well

gotta go full #chefgang now
