We used more training dummies, though.

They can't operate like that in any first world country. Or even a developing country that has a strong police force. Mexican criminals stay getting caught in the US. I think a lot of them end up doing stupid shyt and getting caught right away because the concept of there being legal consequences for their actions is completely foreign to them
