Really liked this, but the whole he never wanted to leave narrative they ran with in it is a complete fabrication.

He got pissed when they didn't hire Dr J, demanded a trade, made comments to the effect of "how many times do I have to believe in a new regime?", mailed it in until he was traded (averaged 15 points that season before the trade), and was giving out plays in buzzer beater situations to their opponents.

He even had that interview with John Thompson (i think) where he admitted he wasn't giving an honest effort.

I'm not mad at Vince now, and I appreciate everything he did here and have a ridiculous amount of nostalgia for his time here, but the flat out lies in that doc rubbed me the wrong way
