to develop Brown and Tatum :gucci:

Why is this getting lost in translation?

I'd like to say first of all... Crowder has become one of the most overrated players I've ever seen here.

Over night he suddenly became this great talent. :dwillhuh: shyt had me like this.

Browns, and Tatums potential >>> keeping those two.

So now you have a young approaching his prime Kyrie and Hayward... and two young studs (:dame:) ready to take over.

:scust: fukking overrated ass crowder.

I agree that the Celtics do have to give Brown and Tatum room to grow.

I don't agree that Kyrie is approaching his prime. He's in his prime. He's not going to peak more than this. The only thing he may get more of in Boston is volume. And then in a year or two people will complain that perhaps Tatum and Brown aren't getting enough touches.

But let's see how it plays out.
Boston figures to be a good team this year.

Nikkas just hate Boston tbh

Boston exchanged basically a handful 3/4 tier players and a 5'9 injured star

For one 1st tier player and a 2nd tier player that will certainly be an all-star in the east

In what universe are they not better?

Plus they got younger

It's best for their long-term future to play those young guys but that doesn't mean that they won't take a step back this year. Losing Crowder and Bradley will hurt them THIS year, no matter how much Tatum and Brown's extra PT helps them NEXT year or the years to come. Taking one step back to take two steps forward is not a novel concept :gucci:

Crowder isn't overrated his talent just far exceeds his contract that's why he is so valuable.

Small sample size but the Celtics went 13-3 last year with Jaylen Brown starting in Bradley's place. And Crowder's minutes will be going to someone significantly better than him, not a rookie.

celtics are pretty interesting team

most of their fans are blinded by danny ainge thinking every move he makes is genius

and then there is a group of non celtic fans that call every celtics move a bad one

sort of like no one gave a fukk about bradley or crowder, but once they got traded all of a sudden these guys were fringe all star players or something and their value was supposed to be something big :mjlol:

I am not sure even bulls were interested in these guys when they traded jimmy for a pretty bad package

what you saw in bradley and crowder are their peak value, they won't get better than this.

Bradley is a huge loss crowder isn't
Bradley and kyrie would have been incredible together crowder isn't even going to start in Cleveland or play in the final 5 minutes of a playoff game

I'm also astonished by the hype Crowder is getting. Dudes on ESPN already saying he's a more valuable piece than IT when it comes to the trade :mjlol:.
Crowder is average as fukk. Streaky ass shooter and shytty at everything else on offense. Plays tough on defense but not like he isn't replaceable on that end either.

Breh, Durant was a huge loss to OKC

Bradley loss ain't huge:pachaha:
I watched Bradley making dumb decisions on offense every night when he had to dribble the ball:pachaha:
His defense was good and his spot up 3 point shooting was streaky. But huge loss?:mjlol:

Smart/Brown taking over for him won't be that much of a dropoff if any at all.
