First, there are levels to charisma. One man can make you laugh while telling you the most mundane story, the next man can cause you to question aspects of your character with a simple anecdote.

Charisma is the ability to adapt to an audience of one or many and to evoke an emotion, positive or negative, and cause your viewership to invest emotionally and intellectually with whatever you put on display.

Some do this while being softspoken and humble...projecting a trustworthy, dependable image.

Others can do so with no words, projecting action over verbalization. Whatever aspect grabs you, this person has an innate magnetism that makes his or her version of reciting he abcs much more impactful than the next persons. It is an artform and a gift to be able to hold strangers captive with your words and demeanor.

I dont agree with all his views but there's no one in American History on Farakhans level when it comes to charisma.

He's on the level of Cicero of Ancient Rome or Hitler.

It's an innate ability to be able to gauge ones audience and take the conversation or action into whatever direction the orator wants.

It's a trait I'm downright envious of. I've watched people with this trait flat out lie or say some something patently false and still elicit whatever response they wanted from the listener.

It can be taught, but not classroom taught...you have to observe and be around others with the trait, and make it work with your personality and mannerisms. Blind copying of someone else's steeze won't work.

I think charisma has more to do with the audience than the speaker.

Many in Germany felt hitler to be charismatic over here and other places not so much.

Same with our dear brother Malcom, stokley Carmichael, James Baldwin,

Are the people in a mental and emotional state to be receptive to the audience can they relate? Can they be moved to action?
