You're definitely bugging breh. Kev was in the 8th grade when the show began, which means Keisha was either a junior or senior in HS. Keisha can't be more than 21/22 based on that, yet the terrible writing has u believing she could be in her mid-30s. It's The CHI...don't overthink this

This season of the Chi so far has been better than the last season of Raising Kanan which is crazy cuz that show started out real good.

I was gonna say, his character would be a tad bit more compelling if he wasn’t complete satan scum. Like, if he actually had a good reason to kill Rob you could at least sympathize with him a bit, like “Ddamn, he fukked up be maybe he can turn a corner” but naw, he went to the pastor and started talking about a dark passenger that takes over him like fukking dexter.

I think they are trying to show his humanity. He found out he has a son so now he has a feeling of wanting his son to be better off than he is which I get. That part is realistic imo, wanting to leave the game one day and be better but being unable to do so. I just think they didn't write it the best way.

Also you think he is going to get Tiff or Will Trig get Tiff now that he and his Tranny is broken up lmao.

Emmet being so anti EJ was weird too, especially since that’s the kid he has had the most and he’s seemed to live with them before. It was like a weird reversion to season 1/2 emmet

You love your son and tbh she going through it so he should have just accepted his son with open arms but when you got all them kids like Emmit does sometimes you like your space. If you agree to taking the kids during the summer you want the mother to come back on time so you can have your break just like the mother who got to party and post on the gram while the child was at your house.

I wouldn't say belittled. but I have long said that this show goes out of their way to emasculate black men. from trig, papa, kevin, jason weaver, marcus and ESPECIALLY emmitt. the only ones they haven't done this to is jake, nuck and douda.

They tried it with Jake when his woman went gay on him but he kept it G and didn't give a fukk.

In fact Trig let his girl go, Jake let his girl go and so did Bakari. That's like a little theme this season. Shoot even Poppa let Maisha the woman he loved go to LA to be with Kevin. He did this with no real push back out of loyalty for Kevin(though who knows if he had a shot anyway lol).
