This is kinda addressed in the video. FBA is basically Black MAGA and Tariq is Trump.

Pan-Africanism is too positive and Buddy buddy. The FBA angle has out-groups to vilify. It encourages fear, creates a problem...and the oldest trick of Capitalism is creating a problem and selling the solution.
