Either the vendor for the physical firewall has updated their definitions and added TheColi to the blocklist (in which case you're fine.
I think this is what happened. I think they're blocking a bunch of forums. Reddit and lipstick alley were blocked too.

so what. Reddit and lipstick alley were blocked too.
I'm always on the coli when I'm at work. But I never use it on my phone. One time I googled some coli smileys & they popped up. I was too scared to follow to the site cause I would have logged in and would have been on the coli instead of working.
