So, I have an interesting job where I research a lot of cool shyt. I came across this:

Abstract:
Today's music listener faces a myriad of obstacles when trying to find suitable music for a specific context. With digital music libraries expanding at an exponential rate, the need for innovative and novel music classification and retrieval tools is becoming more and more apparent. Music listeners require new ways to access their music, such as alternative ossification taxonomies and playlist generation tools. The work presented here is a music classification system that provides the listener with the opportunity to browse their music by mood, and consequently allows the listener to generate context-aware playlists, find lost music, and experience their music in an exciting new way.

I was thinking to myself, "shyt, an mp3 program that could classify by mood would be the shyt." Then I was like, "why doesn't somebody make this in real life?" Then I thought, "why doesn't somebody just use kickstarter to fund an mp3 program like this? shyt, maybe I could even do that."

So, why doesn't the coli create a kickstarter for some music program that they would want, but doesn't exist yet? Realistically, is it possible?

Also, what other things would you all want in an mp3 program that you can't find in current ones? Given that this site is full of very experienced and knowledgeable music fans, your opinions would be valuable.

Is a coli kickstarter possible?
