you mean like someone played a prank and and threw a breaker? You could go up on malicious mischief charges, or something in that regard. It'll probably be a misdemeanor and you'll get a healthy slap on the wrist.

If the power company presses charges against you, that's another story. But I can't really see the value in them doing that to someone who can't pay unless it's to defer others.

No more like someone was upset that the owner of the building towed their car last summer and you want to cut the electricity to their business and possibly rob them or at least make them lose money for a few days
