I'm not from London nor do I visit often but if people genuinely dress like that in 2016, it's news to me
i was there last year, me and big bro have property there since 1999..investment and its paying off heavily..
and when we venture out to other areas just for scenery and eatery..the people haven't changed one bit..lol

Kidulthood was a terrible representation of London.
