me too fam. 37 and skinny gang but they got me. terrible diet of sugary drinks and skittles through college.
I have 3 months to come back and retake the tests or they puttin me on prediabetes type 2 meds
no more sugar,white rice,yams, you know the deal. maybe it will come down?
did they try to fix your diet or is it done and dusted? is there any hope for me
Add cinnamon to your diet. Cinnamon helps to regulate blood sugar.
41 here. Outside of the pains in the morning caused by all the rods and pins in my legs and ankles that are there from a motorcycle accident twenty years ago, I'm still in great shape physically.
Just joined the 40/40 Club last Tuesday. Was actually looking forward to it, cause I’ve been preparing myself mentally for the last year for that 4-0. I’m in a really good position in life, especially health wise. I haven’t been in this good a shape for at least 15 years. Financially, gonna get hit some goals this year and make some significant moves. Got me a good girl
17 total. Only three siblings and my younger brother don't have kids either but he's physically disabled.
My sister has 4 kids. My older brother has 7 (including two sets of twins). The older ones have kids now so that's brings the number up to 17 to include great nieces and nephews.
