Bomb Ass Ribs that are easy to make.

What you need:
Slab of ribs.
A whole white onion.
20 oz of meat marinade of your choice
Basil
Brown Sugar
Bbq sauce of your choice

Directions.

Cut up and wash off your ribs and put your ribs in a big pot. Empty the bottle of marinade into the big pot. Cut the whole onion in half and throw both halves into the big pot. Fill the pot up with water and sprinkle some basil seasoning at the top of the water. Cover pot up and let it boil for 50 min. (Dont let it boil over. Keep it just right.)

Mix bbq sauce with a little brown sugar and stir it wll.

After 50 min of boiling the ribs drain the pot and put ribs in a casserole dish and put bbq sauce on the ribs. (I use a brush but you can use the back of a spoon)

Throw ribs in oven at 365 f and bake the ribs for 45 min.

After 45 min take the ribs out the oven and :eat:.

Thank me later.

I now want a crock pot :lupe:
Crockpots are great. I use mines for chicken soups, oxtail stew, all types of chili, throw some short ribs and let em work :lawd:

Keep onion, garlic, baby carrots, potatoes, rice,a few bell peppers and canned/frozen veggies (green beans, corn, broccoli etc). You can always come in and put together a decent meal with these and whatever proteins you have in at least 30-45min.

I just made some steak with fried rice, mixed veggies with crushed peanuts over top.

When I'm cooking, I open a pack of chicken breast, open a ziploc freezer bag, toss in some lemon juice, hoison sauce, soy sauce, salt pepper, jerk seasoning. Put in bag, shake, dinner for the week.

Fried rice:
Boil water 1:1 ratio of water and rice. Add a little extra water as it boils off.
Toss rice and mixed veggies in until it soaks up the water.

Heat up some oil, toss in some onions if you want. When thats about to turn brown, throw in your chicken, (should be cut into pieces). Cook until white all the way through.

Throw in rice. Crack an egg in that bush, soy sauce, hoison/oyster sauce, bit of salt pepper or whatever spices you got, bang some Lil B and voila!

Chicken fried rice. Simple as hell.

If I knew how to up pictures from my phone I'd show you guys my Sunday Steak :eat:

My GOAT weekend/football meal is steak and potato wedges

Need:
1 T-Bone steak
Potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Old bay seasoning

The steak:
Preheat your damn oven to 450.
Defrost your steak. Put a lil olive oil in a skillet and heat it up. Season your steak and then throw it in the skillet for 2-3 minutes then flip and take it off the stove
Put steak on baking pan lined with foil and cook until its cooked the way you want (45 minutes will have it medium well-well done)

Potato wedges
Poke a potato all over with a fork (makes holes for the seasonings to sink into)
Cut potato into eights.
Dip wedges into olive oil
coat with seasonings
Bake for like 20 minutes

Crack open a beer and eat like a king :eat:

I like to whip up some risotto rice(cheesy and some herbs and shyt, good flavor), comes in a box and is easy as fukk to make

Then i sauté white onions get them nice and soft n shyt, easy, most work is chopping

Rub pepper and salt and alil olive oil if youve got it on a thigh or breastmeat, then wrap that, up in foil and let it cook in its own juices for like 35-40min. None of that uncovered shyt that lets it dry out a bit

Mix it all up and you get a 10/10 meal. Hardest part is the rice which is really easy as hell

Can add broccoli if you want. And i always hit the final product with some more pepper and a tiny bit of salt

If you don't have one, you should really get a crockpot.
I've made pork chops and pot roast in a crockpot. I'm actually about to make pot roast tomorrow.
To make it simple, season the meat, sear it in the stove for a few minutes, put it in the cockpot. Make your gravy (I like to use water, flour, soy sauce, some of the juices from the meat {from when it was being seared}, & seasonings) and then 6-8 hours later (or 4 if you're using the high setting). I like to add carrots & potatoes in the last hour or so. It's done. :blessed:
