I did amazon work from home and the amount of people getting over was amazing.

People would order something, like say a ps4 game and 2 controllers, make sure its shipped and/or sold by amazon (if its shipped AND sold by a third party this doesn't work as well) have it shipped then 2-3days after delivery they'll call and say it never arrived. Even if it says on the tracking that it did arrive we have to please the customer and issue a refund or send a second order out.

I remember one email where the guy said he didn't receive items that was ordered months ago. I denied the request for refund but they were persistent and someone else refunded all of their money in the form of amazon gift card which was about $600.

Also if you're going to try it, anything over $1k or a hot item (like a wii mini bundle)may need a supervisors approval.

Can I just show a picture of the code from the site? I don't have any physical receipts since I mainly order through my phone.

Ive done that a couple times. They hit me with "make sure you have a receipt next time" but they still take it. Most times i just buy some cheap shyt or find one laying around and im straight

I've had my prime membership extended 6 months out just for calling in about late delivery.
They are also good for giving out discount codes.
