Nas never said he's a deadbeat dad. Nas has a great relationship with his daughter. She's basically his date to every single event and he's funded basically everything she's doing. From her businesses to the house she's living in. He moved her closer to him on purpose. Nas had Destiny when his career was blowing up so he was a celebrity on the road alot. This is something many celebs deal with whether it be a male or female celebrity. Which is why majority have a nanny etc etc. It's impossible to make all of those tour dates and interviews and appearances and be around the world and be in the house all the time. Once u get established u start finding that balance. I'm pretty sure if u ask Destiny herself she wouldn't say Nas is a bad father or a deadbeat. Everybody wishes they did certain things different with their first child. It's a part of life and being a parent.
