They gonna have an announcement, I doubt that it's inFamous related though. Possibly new IP, the Spiderman rumour or resurrection of an old IP.
My predictions:
Sony -
Gonna treat the Vita like my dad treated me - pretend their creation doesn't exist
PS4k will be unveiled, it's just a 4K media playing machine, new FW will be teased to coincide with the launch of the new device
Sucker Punch will announce their current project
Naughty Dog will not appear in their keynote
Polyphony will announce GT Sport details, new trailers
Uninteresting PS VR stage demos
The Last Guardian will be playable on the show floor - 2016 release will be re-emphasized - it will be delayed again at TGS
Microsoft -
Going to emphasize their link to Oculus
Push PC gaming
Halo tie in (not a numbered Halo game but) teaser
One new IP
Crackdown 3 trailer, playable on show floor

This year there hasn't been much leaks or anything to hype us up. Last year E3 was just straight up once in a lifetime crazy. Getting an announcement of FFVII Remake, Shenmue 3 and a re unveal of TLG was just too much. Not to mention a crazy UC4 gameplay to finish it up.Microsoft: I just want more info on Sea of Thieves .

I think that's the issue with this years E3, aside from maybe a few surprises, the most anticipated stuff is from last years E3 and in the case of Shenmue 3 and FF7R, those games may be years off from now.
