Honestly it's not in aa man's nature to be monogamous that's something the powers that be has instilled in majority of males.

You have to start at the root... its not that simple... You think Rome and Greece influenced "modern western" culture... I'd have to say that the real question is who/what had a significant impact on Roman/Greek culture

I like how you're refusing to answer the question, but to answer your question, certain Ancient Babylonian mythologies and pagan practices was picked up by the Greeks/Romans. Did they pick up all ancient African ideals and values, no.

Ok. Now I know what I'm dealing with..... There was a post already explaining the earliest tenets of monogamy can be traced back to Africa... at a time that predated Greece's ascension into a global player.... What you're inferring is that Greeks evoked their culture out of thin air, without any prior influence..........which is foolish...
