The Conjuring...any one hyped to see this?

Classic? No. The only reason this is getting such high marks IMO is because so many of the horror films that come out nowadays seem to be crap. There weren't a lot of scary moments in the film and the ones that were were all the kind where someone looks one way and then turns their head back around and something pops out in front of them. It's like the only thing they know how to do to get a "scare".

Don't get me wrong, it was a good movie. But to say it is the best horror film you've seen in 5 years gives people the impression that it is an undeniably great movie. Maybe that's how you really feel; but if that's the case, i'd like to know how many other horror films you've seen in the last 5 years
