Blair Underwood literally got a job on Cosby Show his second day in NYC playing Denise’s date. Jimmy Valvano and dikk Vitale played movers on one episode. The man who voiced Sebastian on Little Mermaid played one of Cliff’s friends whose daughter ended up getting on drugs. Sinbad played a car salesman. Robin Givens played one of Denise’s friends that Theo was trying to get at, but was salty when she already had a boyfriend lol. I’m sure we’re missing a lot more too. I almost forgot Iman and Naomi Campbell appeared on separate episodes.

I figured early 60s because iirc, he was about ten years older than Vanessa on the show and she was an 18-19 year old when they got engaged, and she was born in 1973 in real life. Even if you add a couple years to that, he could’ve still been born in the 60s. That means he was 45 when he played Dabnis (older than Phylicia Rashad actually).

The character was 29 and this dude was in his 40s? Its funny because the youngest 4 kids and Cliff were the only ones playing their actual age. Sondra was older. Claire was younger. Grandpa was only 11 years older than Cliff. The actore that played Dabnis did his thing and RIP but yall really couldnt find a nikka that was under 40 to play him?
