What ya'll know about growin up in a place without a lot of blacks? Over here there aren't many, and the few that are here are immigrants. Whites always assume that if you're black you're STRAIGHT FROM Africa.
Almost every time I go to an event/gathering some white person asks "where are you from?" one of these days I think I'll just fukk around with them and tell them that I'm actually a veteran from Kony's child soldier army and that I'm not used to people asking me questions and I might flip out and start snappin necks.
Whenever you change your hair: "It looks the same to me"
"You should grow an afro/get dreads!"
Then of course they're so oblivious that they drop the N-bomb around you and then when they notice you're next to them they get all
True story: I actually had a friend tell me that he forgot that I was black
Now you're boy isn't on some Hermain Cain/Clarence Thomas uncle Tom shyt but they think I'm white washed because I'm not always tryin to dap them and they seriously think that I should be wearing shyt that black people wore 20 years ago and constantly talkin about rap music even though I listen to lots of genres of music
Then when you're with a white friend and you run into another friend of theirs they're shocked by the fact that you're black and I'm looking at my friend like

and he/she is embarassed and like
And of course I know everyone here has been asked "do you know *random black person* " I always respond with "is he black?" then give a sarcastic response about how I might have run into him at the secret meeting all us blacks have.
I avoid asking their opinion on racial issues. My friends know better than to ask me maybe because they're smart enough to know that they can't speak on these issues or maybe because they're scared to get sonned
