I have no sympathy for dude. CD Red tried to give him royalties but he wanted the lump sum and now years later he wants more.

He’s lucky that Polish laws work differently than United States trademark laws, so in the end he may get something.

How does someone create a fantasy story intellectual property and not take a percentage on any deal? What a fukking goofball. shyt you can put that shyt on anything outside of just fantasy. Unless the money is unseemly and even if it is you always take the percentage. You won't get that juicy lump sum but even if there is a remote chance of it hitting you got to take the percentage.
