A thought popped in my head about this. I dont necessarily believe in crisis actors but if there are actors what if they are paid by the media rather than the government. 24 hour news channels need programming and to seem like they have the inside scoop on situations. An actor could give them that exclusive.

i can't find the footage on youtube..
but as 9/11 was happening in nyc, a tv station was interviewing a man who had escaped the first tower and then witnessed the second plane
and for 7 or 8 minutes, live on the air, the reporter just asked questions
and the guy was rattlign off these clear, responsive and (in some ways) eloquent anwers without break or hook
and even the reporter was like "this guy is better at talking on tv than i am"

conspiracy theorists tried to claim he was a plant or government actor
because no random person could be that good
so they tracked him down.. turns out the man was a toastmasters dtm status, with a wall of trophies and awards for his skill at impromptu speaking on the fly
..so yeah, some people just rise to the occasion

but i remember wackos had that guy being a plant (and everything he said as misinformation) for the linchpin in their conspiracy theory
