To be honest this would be better of as a TV series. And every do and so season you can change protagonists.
The inspirations for the character in the original comic were iggy Pop and Peter Murphy

Yet another case of a director going "Imma change shyt just to change shyt"
The thing these designers miss when trying to give characters the tatted up look is most times the characters themselves are the tattooLooking like a SoundCloud rapper.
Regular people get tattoos to look unique from other regular people. The resurrected zombie superhero with clown makeup is already a standout image. Giving the Crow referential tattoos on some Suicide Squad Joker shyt is redundant

Might have some dope brutal action but not a fan of the look of the movie and atmosphere. Original was super dark and surreal.

First thing that really stood out to me they removed the gothic grity city setting. Looks brutal for sure but the city/setting itself was it's own character. This reminds me of John Wick if he was a whole supernatural being instead
