It's a bit more than a little bit. It might be the NXT rings are too small for him. But he needs to slow down as he has maybe too much spring and thats how you overcook.
No wrestling school does that, it's always the folks that try to replicate what wrestlers did to aspiring wrestlers in the 50's all the way to the 80's. And alot of that stuff had nothing to do with what they would do in the ring.
That's why I hated Making the Band when Diddy put those folks through some BS having nothing to do with what they were trying to do.
