I hate it when wrestlers refuse to turn heel because they’re afraid of upsetting the children.

This is the reason we haven’t seen heel Cena in over two decades.

Absolutely. Which match are you all excited about so far? We don’t even have any official matches announced, except for Jey vs. Gunther, and we know that match will be disappointing because either wrestler can carry a match.

He was shilling during the whole Final Boss run, the man couldn't help himself. He was putting over his backing band during the Rock concert where he told Mama Rhodes he was going to bloody her son. After Cody won at WM the Rock tripped over himself to come out and congratulate him. The Final Boss was GOAT level heel work so it's crazy that he never really fully embraced the character.
