Trick should've been champ and then lose to Oba at Stand & Deliver, then he could transition to the main roster after Mania. Instead he's been mismanaged and it looks like they don't know what to do with him. We talk about them Montez & Melo being their biggest screwups, but Trick could be just as bad and really expose HHH's inept booking.

But there’s no excuse for having Trick lose to DJ Tatanka even if he is being called up. I know the NXT men’s roster is thin as shyt but surely someone else could’ve been put over.

This is not even getting into the horrible optics of it being a strap match in fukking February

This is the first Mania where it's being forced down our throats that this is his era.

I don't see why. Everything about WrestleMania last year made it clear that it was finally his era. Maybe because Vince had just left a few months ago? But if we want to be honest, WrestleMania 39 was the first one that was his. I don't think Vince had any creative involvement unless they decided to use some of his ideas.

Whatever the case, I don't get why they're claiming this WrestleMania is the first one that's his. That's objectively not true.

It’s just HBK insistence on wanting to capitalize on someone who garners heel heat at the expense of Trick.

He did it with Ridge, now he’s doing it again with Eddy. This time around though it’s wack because this was supposed to be Trick’s payoff.

Also Eddy is borderline getting go away heat at this rate. He shouldn’t be sniffing the main event scene.

Ethan been main roster ready, he can easily be plugged into the I.C./U.S. title scene. I don't see anything in Eddy beyond a lower card brawler

Wrestlemania 39 was everything that was already set in place by Vince. Do you really think it was HHH's idea to have Cena face Theory? I'm also sure that it was Vince/Roman's call to keep the belt on Roman. The reason I say WM40 was still Vince in a way is because that was the finality of the Vince regime from all areas. This Wrestlemania caps off the 1st year of HHH being 100% in charge.
