In my experience most hoods are fine as long as you respect basic rules: don't shine your shyt, and don't be stupid. Now of course there are places like Flint, Michigan where nothing can save you cuz shyt pop off at any moment...but most hoods aren't like that

OP is spot on, for his circumstances. Looking at his pictures it seems as if he's on a major thoroughfare. Even in the HOOD hood, being on the main drag makes you just a curiosity. So, as long as you stay on Shamika Village Pkwy. and Tanica Ave, you'll be alright.
