What's the best Caribbean country to move to? I was researching Dominica. Me and my family need to get the fukk up out this country within the next five years. Dominica also offers dual citizenship.

I was able to get it because my parents were both born there, so I got it by virtue of descent. I needed a copy of my mother's birth certificate since she doesn't live there anymore. Once you hand in your application, they'll ask you a couple of questions about your parents (where they were born, their birthdays, etc). I was there in the last week of October of last year and had it by December

If you get a passport in one Caricom country http://www.caricom.org/jsp/community/member_states.jsp?menu=community you can move freely to any other. You can probably live and work in Belize or any other Caricom country after getting your Caricom passport.
