Callisto Protocol is from the mind of the guy behind Dead Space, it's definitely real but I think they only had a concept trailer at the time

But yeah, this game right here in every scene is very scripted, that's strange for an Online only gameplay trailer. They'd be better off making it single player and then implementing online

Just found out they're the creator of Propnight, that's because I assumed they were just complete nobodies, this might actually be real
