That's not rip hunter, your probably thinking of booster gold. Rip is usually written as a serious character since he usually comes at crisis level events

Flash is from the arrow universe though and most of they characters are from flash .. Captain cold , heatwave , firestorm . Hawk girl and rip hunter are new . Your just complaining to complain

I wish they would change the air dates for Arrow and Flash
it was obvious during a couple of the crossover spots that they didn't plan for Flash to air before Arrow
they had to go back in there and rush some scenes to try to compensate (but it was terrible)
why not just switch the shows? put Arrow on Tues, Flash on Wed, if they want the stuff on Arrow to take place before Flash
everybody was hating them first couple of pages.
