Dallas has been so weird since their championship run. Signing every two bit third rate combo guard. Giving an out of shape coming of major knee surgery Parsons a shyt ton of money.(and Matthews to that list) Whiffing on free agents. Bad trades. Dirk deserved better

Im still at the mavs being in the playoffs

Most of the Western Conference falling off should have been a bigger story this year. Portland finished #5 in the conference with Allen Crabbe as their #3 scorer and Noah Vonleh starting almost the whole season. Dallas #6 and starting some dude from Tunisia in the playoffs. We clown Sacramento all season long, yet somehow they finish #10 in the conference. Wasn't it just a couple years ago that #10 teams in the West were playing .500 ball or better?

Top two in the conference are all-time amazing, and the next two are star heavy, but below that it gets .

#5-#10, the Eastern Conference was actually deeper this year....not that it means much because everyone knows that only one team is going anywhere.

No doubt. The Lakers fell out and got a few top 10 picks, Mavs picked in the top 15 once since 1999, and we decided to trade down and selected 5'11" Shane Larkin with that .

We have no future. Justin Anderson and Dwight Powell look like they can be solid role players, but we don't have anything after that.

We have the worst scouting department in the league. I can only think of Josh Howard, Jae Crowder, and Devin Harris as picks who have done anything in the league since 1999.

I pick 1999 because our franchise turned around the yr before that when we got Dirk. But looks like we're headed for the dark days of the 90s again
