I rarely if ever drink soda, its water, tea and coffee 99% of the time now. I had a Red Bull a few weeks ago, but I honestly have no reason to drink sodas.

people are being lulled into a false sense of security drinking fruit juice, sports drinks, or bottled tea instead of soda. all of those drinks still contain added sugars such as high fructose corn syrup. even 100% fruit juice without the skin of the fruit to provide fiber is bad for you.

I've been slowly backing away from soda. It's hard though. I love Mountain Dew and it's like the worst kind.

Glad that I have a blender and make smoothies and blend numerous fruits to drink:whew:

Fruit and veggie juices are always good. Also clean water and herbal teas can be consumed in abundance. Same with alternative forms of milk (almond, rice, hemp).

Everything else in moderation.

Yea but the soda companies own the bottle water brands and making even more profit. You know small bottle waters cost more than a giant can of Arizona ice tea? That's crazy breh, because all that's in there is plastic and water.

I'll occasionally buy a diet soda just as a mixer (say, if I have some vodka or something) but that's about it.

Usually I'm a coffee/tea person. Though I do like those little low-cal power packets that you can mix into water.
