Make no mistake this game was a major disappointment for me. They ruined our franchise multiple times smh.
But gameplay the Game was solid. Obviously with flaws.
But some of these guys complaints is they just don’t know how the game mechanics work at all lol.
They can’t stop the qb from running or they can stop the sane play over and over. That’s user shyt
Obviously when you get to the higher level of elite guys you can say that, but those guys play the game like 16 hours per day, Ofcourse they will know all the exploits. Obviously nobody in here are playing guys on they level, they playing random bums who running thru them with shyt that’s easy to stop lol
Gameplay was solid
I don’t really do franchise and all that anymore I just play my friends online

Madden is so easy and scripted nowadays I find myself getting bored once I get past the fancy graphics. I know it’s cliche but 2K5 was truly ahead of its time.
Not to say that Madden was a bad game, I loved Madden back in the day, they used to have classic teams, NFL Europe, you could customize your own teams, Superstar mode was fun and didn’t involve corny cutscenes.
It’s not just Madden though, sports games in general have fallen off drastically.
