If you are any indication of the DNC elite, it's going to take a couple more elections to break them from their spell of delusion. Hillary's loss, as well as all the downballot shyt, was 100% the DNC's fault. Not "the racists", not Uncle Bernie, not Johnson, not turnout (why would people turn out for someone they don't want to vote for), not the lunar cycle, not what Amber Rose had for breakfast, not the Galaxy S7 recall etc. Until you and your fellow DNC cabal elites accept full responsibility for your failure you will be doomed to continue to fail.

Gore wouldn't win today though. Maybe I'm just biased because i really dislike her but I think Warren would have tremendous backlash against her. I guess the Dem's would feel better voting for her over Hillary but I don't know about centrists/moderates. Maybe. Maybe I'm just biased against her.

Hillary was a progression of Obama's engagement. Period. And she'd go even farther.

By all measures, from start to finish, Obama's foreign policy has been a complete failure. There is no geopolitical situation or relationship that has improved during his time in office.

I think there will be a war on heroin, which would happen regardless of who is president. I think the low hanging fruit would be marijuana users but half the nation is legal in some way or another so that aspect of the drug war is eliminated. We don't really have a crack epidemic or anything thats specifically targeting minorities so I'd imagine it'll be a bit different than the past wars. Obama started the trend of releasing non-violent drug offenders and I think that'll stick especially if people believe the narrative that white people care about drug abuse now that all their precious snowflakes are doing heroin now.
I agree with the voting rights. Thats certainly a negative. On the flip side, both parties can redistrict and angle for more powerful votes. Just because the Dem's may be losing now does not mean that will be the case going forward.
I don't see anyone repealing the civil rights act.

Not seeing how the Dems will be able to redraw maps with Republicans controlling state legislatures too. And I think there is enough support for the repealing of the CRA. At least the provision against private businesses not being allowed to discriminate. Good luck getting a flat tire in a sun down town
