1. Pornography can be regulated by the states in a pretty overt way when it used to be constitutionally protected in the case of puritanism run amok.
2. Nationwide injunctions got bushed for Trump's policy. So now when something is ruinous and causes injury to a party, you can't have a circuit judge freeze it in all states pending rulings/appeals. If Trump does some dumb shyt, it can be challenged in the district it happens in and EVERY OTHER district has to sue to stop as well. The rub? It doesn't have to go to the Supreme Court for a final ruling. The government can merely ignore court rulings in everywhere an order is not challenged.
You can tell me you have been in chronic pain because of arthritis and we can both recognize that joint degeneration (osteoarthritis) is WAY fukking worse. You don't shrug the latter because you are familiar with the former. The former is inconvenient. The latter is debilitating.
