He has a bad case, his argument is basically stating that Floyd died from a overdose and that Floyd is a bad man. That's a tough hill to climb, but the witness have all been emotional and argumentative with the defense attorney which doesn't help the prosecution.

Man the city is pissed at Chauvin! He caused them $27M's. He going down! And if the court get it wrong it's gonna be more money to rebuild after all the riots.
