The real issue with the defense argument is that regardless of the police actions, George Floyd was a dead man because of we what he took and his health conditions. The defense is trying create doubt that Flyod death was a direct link to Chavin.

if you block me from moving, after I tell you multiple times “I can’t breathe”, regardless of what’s in my system, I’m telling you “I can’t breathe”!
