Realistically, how is the jury right now


I feel like the threat of a riot/“race war” will definitely sway them to sentence him with a murder charge. But he’ll def get that manslaughter charge.

If it weren’t for the breh who got killed a few days ago - I could see him walking with only a manslaughter but now he’s getting at least one of the 2 murder charges.

I don’t see a scenario where he gets both 2nd and 3rd degree murder, let alone all 3 - who agrees with me?

I know it’s a symbolic thing, but I know for a fact the jury won’t go as hard as they could have thereby fukking up future precedent.
