that would be a shaky thing for them to try. if the defense deliberately elicits that, then they've opened the door and it's fair game.

True, but the evidence that he didn’t want to let in was contradicting that defense witness. Chauvin is done. ( should be done )

They already got proof that the level of Carbon Monoxide was less than 2%. The other dude stated it could be between 15-18.

An appeal based off that would literally be a paid waste of time for a lawyer to get financed by a police department and Chavin to get out of his prison a few times
